Find Food Freedom gives you the keys to be the driver of your change. I assist, as a navigator when necessary, guiding you around the obstacles and through the ‘traffic noise’. The growth and ownership of your well-nourished life develops as you

The Process
The journey to a well-nourished life requires practice in courage, compassion and curiosity.
I offer a variety of ways to work towards creating wellbeing without dieting or deprivation. A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended to enable you to start developing an attitude of self care and body acceptance and to learn some new skills as you work towards making sustainable change.

Individual Session
60 minute; online or 1:1 (Hobart, Australia)
Prior to first session you complete a short questionnaire to provide basic details and your wish/intention from sessions so we get to work immediately.
First session is to: Clarify what you are really hungry for.
Try some practices to assist in working with food barriers.
Develop a shared initial goal.
Leave with activities to enable you to begin listening to your body and understand it’s needs.
Email contact between sessions is available to support your progress.
